The modular hearth oven enables traditional baking of baked goods.
Uniform baking on the stone meets a need for excellent taste.
It is available in an electric version, with 1 to 5 levels and 1 to 12 600×400 mm trays per level.
It can be supplied with a hood, stand, proofer or loader elevator.
It is also available in a high-temperature version for pizzerias.
